Bruce Smith, vice president of Operations, was a part of the original A&O team who brought the concept of mounted patrol security into mainstream use. He was a consistently valuable and loyal team member. Many on the A&O team benefitted from his knowledgeable equine training, devotion to public safety, and good humor. Bruce died peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at 3 a.m. at his farm in Pennsylvania. Rest in peace, Bruce, and happy trails to you until we meet again.
