Terms and Conditions
Alpha & Omega Mounted Patrol
You agree to receive recurring automated informational text messages, including SMS and MMS messages, from Alpha & Omega Mounted Patrol. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number you designate.
The types of messages you may receive include advocacy and issue-related messages concerning the security field. Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for rate information.
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary. Alpha & Omega Mounted Patrol reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, including increasing or decreasing the total number of messages. Alpha & Omega Mounted Patrol also reserves the right to change the phone number from which messages are sent.
Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Alpha & Omega Mounted Patrol, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation
If you no longer wish to participate in a Program or no longer agree to these Terms, text the applicable Short Code or regular long-code phone number, where applicable, or reply directly to a mobile message received from a Program with one of the following commands:
- STOP
- END
- CANCEL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- QUIT
You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out.
You understand and agree that the options described above are the only reasonable and exclusive methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including texting words or phrases other than those listed above or verbally requesting that Alpha & Omega Mounted Patrol remove you from its list, is not a reasonable method of opting out.
You may be subscribed to multiple Programs using different Short Codes or regular long-code phone numbers. You must separately text or reply STOP to each Short Code or long-code phone number from which you wish to unsubscribe.

For support regarding a Program, text HELP to the applicable Program’s Short Code or long code, or email us at info@mountedpatrol.com.
Please note that emailing this address or texting HELP to a Program’s Short Code or long code is not an acceptable method of opting out. Opt-out requests must be submitted according to the procedures described above.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Programs are offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times. They may not continue to function following product, software, coverage, or other changes made by your wireless carrier.
We are not liable for delays or failures in the receipt of mobile messages connected with any Program. Delivery of mobile messages depends on effective transmission by your wireless service provider or network operator and is outside our control. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.
Text Messaging Opt-In Data
We will not share or sell your text-messaging opt-in data, consent, or related personal information to any third parties unless required by law.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to transmit mobile messages and respond to you when necessary. This may include sharing information with our program partners, message-content providers, telephone companies, and vendors that assist us with delivering mobile messages.
Except as set forth in this section, we do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any telephone numbers or customer information collected through the Programs to any third party.
We reserve the right to disclose information when necessary to satisfy a law, regulation, or governmental request; avoid liability; or protect our rights or property.
When you complete forms online or otherwise provide information in connection with a Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
If, in our sole discretion, we believe that any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or that you have opted into a Program for an ulterior purpose, we may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
This Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions are strictly limited to these Programs and have no effect on any other privacy policies that may govern the relationship between you and Alpha & Omega Mounted Patrol in other contexts.
